A few small sounds and fixes

Now the Jam is over, I can add a few changes.  So, I spent a little time adding some sounds and visual feedback this weekend.

On the sound side, there is now a sound for walking and jumping. I put some music in, but it just became a cacophony with all the sounds playing at once - Actually, Manic Miner has terrible sound too, but I decided to take the music out to save people's sanity.

For visual feedback, the titles for each bar at the top will change color if they are being charged or depleted. I think I also fixed the layout problems some people faced.

I also fixed a small bug that was preventing jumping when standing on an appliance.
